Westfield, IN – The Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis (BAGI) is presenting the 2016 First Internet Bank Home-A-Rama in Westfield’s Chatham Hills neighborhood. The show begins September 15 and runs through October 2, every Thursday through Sunday from noon to 8pm (ticket booth closes at 7pm). The momentum is building to see the most anticipated Chatham Hills development and the homes are nothing short of spectacular.
The Home-A-Rama will showcase 11 custom-built, fully decorated and landscaped homes. These show homes will feature the latest trends and cutting-edge designs in outdoor living, gathering spaces, tile and woodworking, indoor and outdoor bars, and even garages, just to name a few. This show also includes two “empty-nester” type homes which are extremely popular in the new construction marketplace. The other nine homes are “estate-size” homes. “This year’s Home-A-Rama is sure to be incredible,” says Steve Lains, CEO of the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis. “There are features and designs in each home that will definitely leave show-goers with new and awe-inspiring ideas. The empty-nester homes are an exciting addition and will provide ideas on what market analysts consider the most popular home style in the industry” says Lains.
Home prices range from $700,000 to $1.7 million, and three of the eleven homes have been sold. The builders include: Bedrock Builders, Christopher Scott Homes, G&G Custom Homes, Gradison Design Build, Hoss Building Corp., McKenzie Collections (2 Homes), Old Town Design Group, Wedgewood Homes (2 Homes), Williams Custom Art Builders.
Tickets are available for $12 online at BAGI.com or at the gate for $15. You can also purchase a 2-day pass for $20 online of $25 at the gate. Parking will be at Westfield’s Grand Park and shuttles will transport attendees to Chatham Hills. “Westfield is thrilled to once again serve as a site for the fantastic Home-a-Rama showcase,” says Westfield Mayor Andy Cook. “We hope visitors will experience not only the wonderful homes on display, but will also take time to visit our great community.”
